We’re looking for a strategic and creative Director of Product to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation B2C trading products.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Ra’anana office (Sunday–Thursday)

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy in alignment with business goals and user needs
- Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, validation, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Manage and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams
- Analyze product usage, behavior, and KPIs to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Understand trader workflows, pain points, and expectations to guide product direction
- Identify market trends and competitive insights to uncover new opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including leading product teams
- Proven experience in trading, investing, or fintech – must
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and data-informed product development
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and ship impactful products
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent English – written and spoken
