We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical Risk Operations Associate to join our Operations & Risk team. You’ll play a key role in connecting trading activity with internal systems—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor account behavior to ensure alignment with program rules and expected performance trends
- Support daily operations including account reviews, status tracking, and internal reporting
- Process and verify trader payments in coordination with finance and support teams
- Coordinate between trading, product, and support teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and process flows for operational tools
- Suggest improvements to tools and processes to enhance efficiency and control
- 1–3 years of experience in an operations, finance, risk, or data-driven role
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with dashboards and operational systems
- Strong communication skills in English – written and verbal
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Familiarity with trading platforms or financial systems – advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
