We're an AI-first data team looking for a Data Analyst to join us. We leverage AI in everything we do - from infrastructure to analysis to reporting - to drive decisions and unlock growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who’s mastered the full analytics cycle - from business question to delivering clear insights. They’re strong in SQL and visualization tools, they are comfortable with AI tools, they are using them daily and are successful with combining them together or curious about how to. , is familiar with AI and its capabilities, and is eager to combine them together (or has already done so).
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets, in the fascinating domain of construction AI, and have a central impact on our business decisions.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure using Google BigQuery and Metabase
- Use your deep understanding of the domain and customers' needs to create and maintain data visualizations and analysis for our clients to maximize our product impact on their business goals.
- Maintain data accessibility, reliability, and accuracy across relevant departments.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deliver actionable insights that drive performance.
- Track and report on KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
- Stay current with industry and AI-related trends, leveraging new tools and methodologies to enhance the company’s data and analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles (product/marketing/business, etc.) - end-to-end ownership - understanding stakeholder needs, proposing and performing analysis, and delivering insights. Ability to decompose complex business questions into data models, SQL logic, and AI-driven processes
- 1+ year of experience working with AI as a collaborator, not just a tool- knowing how to ask the right questions, guide execution, and evaluate results
- Deep understanding of how data flows through B2C products, including data modeling and pipelines.
- Familiarity with trading data and the trading world (forex/stocks/futures/options) - Advantage
- Experience working with BI tools (Metabase preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High-level proficiency in English.
