We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Product Officer to lead our global Product organization and shape the future of our platforms. This role combines strategic leadership, product excellence, and strong business impact, with full ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple brands and product lines.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy in alignment with business goals and user needs
- Own the end-to-end product organization, including Product Management, Product Operations, and product processes
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team and leadership layer
- Drive product innovation and ensure alignment with business goals, growth strategy, and customer needs
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to deliver impactful products
- Establish clear product KPIs and use data, insights, and experimentation to guide decisions
- Deeply understand user behavior, workflows, and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Lead prioritization across multiple products and initiatives to maximize business impact
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of product teams
- Proven experience leading product strategy in trading, investing, fintech, or financial markets – must
- Strong track record of building and scaling successful B2C digital products
- Experience managing and growing product managers and product leaders
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of data-driven product development and experimentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English – written and spoken
