Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Data team, fostering a culture of ollaboration and excellence.
- Define and execute the company’s data strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the development and optimization of our data infrastructure, leveraging Google BigQuery, Metabase, Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Ensure data accessibility, reliability, and accuracy across all departments.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deliver actionable insights that drive performance.
- Collaborate with the AI team by providing high-quality datasets, scalable pipelines, and reliable data flows to support AI/ML projects.
- Design and track KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry and AI-related trends, introducing new tools and methodologies to enhance the company’s data and analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in databases and data modeling, with hands-on experience in BigQuery.
- Proven track record of building and scaling data pipelines and analytics frameworks.
- Experience working with BI tools (preferably Metabase).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and the data structures required to support them.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High-level proficiency in English.
