Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage The5ers’ affiliate program: recruit partners, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to continuously improve results.
- Build relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and collaborators.
- Align messaging with brand tone and collaborate with product and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and/or social media management
- Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms
- Experience in the trading, forex, or fintech space – Advantage
- High level of English – written and spoken
- High attention to detail, independence, and creative thinking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
