Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to final UI
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that simplify complex workflows
- Design data-rich dashboards and interfaces for active traders
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI
- Hands on experience leveraging design systems as part of the full process
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience designing for complex systems or data-heavy interfaces – a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to have: experience with fintech or trading platforms
