Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications and services
- Build scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.)
- Translate product requirements and business needs into well-architected technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across the company
- Review code, mentor teammates, and promote engineering best practices
- Help shape the technical roadmap and contribute to architectural decisions
- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Stay up to date with new technologies and advocate for tools that drive productivity and scalability
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React, including component architecture and state management
- Strong backend development skills, preferably with Node.js and microservice-based architecture
- Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles and system design
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently, mentor others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Advantages

- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including serverless or container-based architecture
- Background working with monorepo environments
